Ayoub, a Syrian refugee living in Lebanon, is unable to afford his family's medical care. During winter, his tent gets freezing cold. His children suffer from ill health, but he is unable to take them to hospital. His wife suffers from Myelitis - inflammation of the spinal cord - and urgently requires a bone marrow biopsy. But the biopsy is simply unaffordable, leaving Ayoub with no choice but to attempt to pay for it by putting his kidney up for sale.
